The worlds first honest car salesman

"The car is leaking more than Titanic" and "The window in the right site keeps falling down - it is fixed now tho - with clue".
That are the words in the describtion from the ad in the paper... That doesn't sound like the car you really want to own, but...

Does this sound familiar to somebody:
- Make sure you never drive alone, because if you want to start the car you need one to push the car, and one to release the clutch. NOTE: If you park on a hill - one person is enough
- If you want to open the sunroof - push it open with your hands
- Remember to put the doorhandle down in the right side if you want to close the door
This car has positive elements tho:
- If you happen to be a teacher for a 5th grade, this car is the perfect way to learn about the eco-system, because of the random books, clothe ect. which can almost walk - helped by the animals in the buttom of the food-chain... You can also fins the progress of leafs decomposing...
- And never be afraid of being too hot, because of the window in the drivers site leave a 2 inch opening - you can close it tho - by pulling the window up with your hands...

Well, the way I see it, it's a good thing this car is not for sale - it's priceless!!!
Which one of the cars would you rather own - or NOT own:-)

Get a flickr account - it's great

Just a little commercial for the website www.flickr.com. It's great. Especially if your are like me - having a life in two countries, and visiting a third... Everybody incl. family and friends get a chance to follow your life.
The only thing you need to do is upload your pictures - and seriously - who are gonna see them on your computer anyway if you don't share them...

Hello Brown Cow (with a british accent)

The 3 danes all survived New Years. And so did the brit boys, even though we tryed our hardest to get give them food-poisening (aka Bøf med løg = danish meal). New Years Eve was a pub crawl until we came to the "tree-pub", which is basically a massive pub around a tree. Note to self - do not, and I repeat NOT shout OI!!! after the bartender if your planning on getting a beer, not going to happen....
The 3 danes made sure they got a culture expirience as well, and made sure they got every cliche picture you possibly can get in L-town... Incl sitting on garbage bags!!!
Suggestion to L-towns people, who desides what to do in 2007 - install more public bathrooms from Waterloo tube station to Leichester Square!!!
But enouth rambling - Happy New Year - where ever you are!!!

Christmas in MermaidLand

Like most people in America and most other places, we decorate a christmastree for christmas, nothing weird about that. The weird part for you Yanks is, that instead of borring little lamps, we actually put real candles on the tree... We not only put them on, but we light them as well... This is a very pretty sight, and funny enough, no houses have burned down yet...

Another tradition note:
Like you Yanks have the picles traditon, we instead eat a ricepudding desert. In that desert an almond is hidden, whoever gets the almond first, gets an extra present - obviesly!!!

It's scary

I think I need to explain the danish concept "christmas lunch":
First of all, its mostly at night, so it has nothing to do with lunch, but the name seem to stuck... Second of all, the rules are extreemly simple. You eat and drink until you can't take it anymore and go home...
Now if you look at the picture, you see an example of two people who have focused more on the drinking than the eating part!!!

The map of proof

After looking at Ronald Reagans map of the world, I found out the strangemaps also had a map of "a part of Denmark" - no this is not all of it...but to be honest - its actually only Copenhagen you can't see...
The funny part of this, showes the parts of Germany that use to be part of Denmark, and here is the proof - WE SUCK IN WAR...

Friends sick of Lego's as well

I'm not the only person who felt the need to see London over new years. Because of my experience with too much Diet Coke, I thought it would be a good idea to bring a nurse, just in case!!!
Now, the mermaid and the nurse alone in London, is a good idea, if you think watching paint dry is funny, so we decided to bring a fashion policeman/guide/guy to keep us out of trouble!!!
December 30th all three of us will be there...

To be continued...
